I build products. I build and lead the teams behind them. And I still write code now and then. At its core, that has been my work for years: take something complex and, with a team, turn it into something that runs, lasts, and , when possible , stays simple.

Right now I run the technology strategy at GensureTech, where we build products for the insurance industry. The path here wasn't a straight line. It ran through different countries, different industries, and more late-night deploys than anyone asked for.

Still in the kitchen

I've never been good at managing from a distance. When something catches my interest, I sit down and build it. Seodisias started as a weekend experiment and turned into a real SEO tool. Work like that keeps me honest, and keeps my hands in the code.

Away from the keyboard

Denizli is home. My wife and our two little adventurers make sure I never take myself too seriously. Away from the keyboard you'll find me among the stones of an ancient city, chasing light with a camera, tracking down whatever there is to eat and drink wherever I've ended up, or 3D printing something that makes the kids laugh.

This site is my digital garden: technical notes, lessons left over from leading teams, stories from the road, and the occasional thought that refused to stay in my head.
